Therapeutic Approach

Sarsha works relationally. Her work sits at the intersection of rigorous, evidence-based clinical interventions and a caring, corrective relationship, through which those interventions are delivered.

Sarsha is trained in and uses CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness and compassion-focused therapies. For deeper work, she uses parts-based modalities such as Schema Therapy and IFS-informed therapy, for long-standing patterns and challenges.
