Sarsha has always been drawn to the intersection of evidence based practice and caring for people. The depth of the clinical training informs the work and the relationship it's delivered through shapes how it feels.
Sarsha's approach centres on the relationship shared with her clients. From that space of understanding, trust can grow. This is the kind of trust that lets you talk about the things that feel most private, understand your own needs, and find helpful ways to meet them.
She is an integrative therapist, drawing on a variety of evidence based interventions to suit the client's needs. Sarsha works with Schema Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness and compassion focused therapies.
