Meet Sarsha

Sarsha trained in Clinical Psychology, drawn to the intersection of evidence-based practice and a love for working with people.
Sarsha's approach centres on the relationship shared with her clients. From that space of understanding, trust can grow. This is the kind of trust that lets you talk about the things that feel most private, understand your own needs, and find helpful ways to meet them. Sarsha aims to create a space where self-judgement can be replaced with curiosity about what's showing up now, and what might help.
She is an integrative therapist, drawing on a variety of evidence-based interventions to suit the client's needs. She balances practical tools with deeper exploration. She works relationally, alongside Schema Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness and compassion focused therapies.

Taking the first step can be hard. Sometimes the very things that bring us to therapy are what make it hardest to reach out.
You don't need to be ready to book. If you have a question, you're welcome to send just that.
